The experiences by IL CORTILETTO BELLAGIO come from a simple desire: sharing with our guests everyday simple life, local flavours, and authentic home local traditions. Sharing the story of our territory through home cooking, using regional Italian recipes as a cultural heritage to be passed on, is the core of our project.
Our experiences are not just cooking classes or wine tastings, but moments to live together. We cook, we drink, we talk, we discover seasonal ingredients and simple home made traditional recipes. Around the table, time slows down, connections grow, and memories take shape.
Each experience is thoughtfully tailored to the pace and interests of our guests. We welcome couples, small groups, and families, with dedicated activities for children, because we believe that traditions live on when they are shared.

An educational and demonstrative hands-on workshop of traditional Italian home cuisine, where home cooking becomes a tool for connection, storytelling, relationships and, above all, sharing.
During the activity, you will be guided step by step in the preparation of a complete traditional Italian menu, entirely handmade using fresh, seasonal ingredients, just like in our homes.
The experience is structured in three moments:
Demonstrative introduction: we begin together, with a relaxed introduction to the recipes, ingredients, and the story behind what we are going to cook
Hands-on practice: we cook side by side, focusing on handmade fresh pasta and its sauces, in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere
Final tasting: as the completion of the learning process we sit together at the table, enjoying the dishes we’ve prepared as a shared, convivial meal
During the experience we will cook together, talk about food, local habits, and how Italians really enjoy meals at home in an informal, friendly atmosphere in a tailored unique experience.
